About X-SOLAR

Jiangsu X-solar Green Building Technology Co., Ltd. supplies photovoltaic products for roof and building projects under the X-SOLAR brand. The product range includes flexible PV modules, building-integrated solar roof tiles, steel roofing PV modules and glass solar modules.

In July 2023, the X-SOLAR demonstration factory was established in Jiangyin CNBM Jetion Industrial Park. The Jiangyin site covers approximately 5,300 m² and has a stated annual production capacity of 300 MW. Its automated production line is compatible with flexible modules, BIPV tiles and photovoltaic façade modules.

X-SOLAR also provides intelligent factory solutions through its wholly owned equipment subsidiary.

Company Milestones

2020 — Beijing group company

Beijing X-Solar Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2020.

6 July 2023 — Jiangsu company established

Jiangsu X-Solar Green-Building Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Jiangyin.

19 September 2023 — Jiangyin factory works began

Work began on the Jiangyin demonstration factory, including factory renovation, production-line commissioning and production preparation.

27 December 2023 — First module produced

The first module rolled off the Jiangyin demonstration-factory production line.

2024 — Certification milestones

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 management-system certificates were issued on 30 May 2024. TÜV SÜD product certificate Z2 124365 0004 Rev.00 was issued on 24 October 2024. Each document defines its own holder, scope and validity.

2024 — Industry recognition

X-SOLAR was recognised as an influential photovoltaic emerging enterprise in the 2024 industry awards.
