X-solar management team visited JA Yiwu Smart Factory

On September 7,2023, Gu Yu, chairman of Jiangsu X-solar Green Building Tech Co., Ltd, and ceo Gong Limin led a team to visit the smart factory of JA Group in Yiwu, Zhejiang province.

Yiwu JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. It was established on February 20,2020, with A total investment of 10.2 billion yuan, covering an area of 661.75 acres and a construction area of more than 400,000 square meters. It is the first fundraising project of JA Technology after its return to A-shares in 2019. At present, the company's "annual output of 10GW high efficiency battery + 10GW high efficiency components" project has been fully put into production.

Under the leadership of Yang Guangwei, executive deputy general manager of Yiwu Smart Factory of JA Group, the X-solar investigation team 

visited the smart factory exhibition area, intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, battery production workshop and other important areas respectively.

It is understood that the automation degree of JA Smart Factory in the production line and workshop has reached the leading level in China, and the process management, process improvement and lean manufacturing have greatly improved the capacity efficiency of the factory. Previously, the photovoltaic industry was dominated by traditional underground storage methods, and storage is an important part of smart factories. JA Group took the lead in deploying intelligent three-dimensional warehouse to realize the automatic operation and information management of photovoltaic module finished products, and further reduce costs and increase efficiency.
